Please allow our dedicated team 24 hours to process the order once it’s received and between 1 and 3 business days for shipping within Canada (International shipping delay may take up to 5 to 7 business days).

You will be notified via email once the order has been expedited.

FREE Fast Track Shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD

Surcharges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional.

US orders: shipping fees are $14.99 USD

Orders sent to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes, and there is no additional duty fee to be paid upon receipt of your package. Additional charges will be applied to orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Guam.

Europe orders: shipping fees are 29.99 EUR

Orders sent to Europe are not subject to Canadian taxes, and a customs fee will be included in your transaction.

Orders shipped to the following countries are not subject to Canadian taxes and a customs fee will be included in your transaction. All other orders will have a customs fee to be paid upon receipt of the package.

After finalizing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we remind you that it is not possible to cancel or modify it.

If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no-one was available to accept the order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will incur a restocking fee.

If there is an error in the shipping address, you will be charged to get your order re-shipped. The fee will depend on your location and will cover the return fees and the new shipping fees.

All exchanges must follow our Return Policy standards and guidelines.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, you must return* the product you no longer want within 30 days and proceed to purchasing the item you want instead on our online store. This process helps guarantee the availability of the replacement item; plus, you’ll get it faster.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase (made on, you have 30 days upon the receipt of your order to return any product (excluding items on sale, bought with a discount code or sell during a promotion period* & accessories such as socks, headwear & warmers, bags, bottles & cup, etc.). We will happily issue you a refund or offer a gift card, depending on your preferences.

*For items bought with a discount code or during a promotion period, it will be possible to make an exchange for another size or another product of the same value, at your expense, or simply return the product and obtain a credit note for a future order.

In the case you received a Parmi gift related to the value of your order and you are making a return : 

  • If your return is sent back to get a new size or color, you can keep your gift without any problem.

  • If you are returning item(s) but you would still qualify for the free gift, you can keep your gift.

  • If you are returning item(s) but you would not be qualified for the free gift, you can either keep it and the value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your return or you can kindly send back your gift with your return.

Parmi Lifewear is committed to selling new premium products. Therefore, goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached, and in the original packaging. Any item that is not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. washed, soiled, or damaged), will not be refunded. No exceptions.

If you are unsure whether the product you are returning is no longer considered as new, please contact us at before proceeding with the return.

Parmi Lifewear is not responsible for damaged or lost packages in the return transit.

We have extended our return policy through the holiday season. This policy applies to purchases from November 15 through December 25. To get a full refund, initiate a return for the item(s) within 45 days after purchase. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

1- To access our RETURN FORM, email our Customer Care Team at

2- Fill the online form and once approved, you will receive a return label by email.

3- Carefully pack the items you wish to return.

4- Print your return label and attach it to the package (or bring the QR Code). Make sure to cover any existing shipping labels.

5- Bring your package to the carrier identified on the label (Canada Post is the carrier for Canadian returns).

6- Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.


Parmi offers an easy return policy for Canadians orders. 

The FIRST RETURN is FREE.  The return fee will be automatically added to your return (this comes directly from our system) but be assured that we will remove the fee manually and you will have no extra charge . This is our responsibility ! 

For all other returns, a flat-rate of $12.99 CAD (including shipping fee and restocking charge) will be deducted from your refund.


US and International returns will be at your own expense, and a flat-rate restocking charge ($4,99 USD) will be deducted from your refund.

All returned products must be declared as a "Canadian return" on the customs declaration. If not, the package may be refused and returned to you.


Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your return once we receive your package. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
