All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Please allow our dedicated team 24 hours to process the order once it’s received and between 1 and 3 business days for shipping within Canada (International shipping delay may take up to 5 to 7 business days).

After finalizing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we remind you that it is not possible to cancel or modify it.
Once you have completed your transaction, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service: care@parmilifewear.com
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
Cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do, but it may be necessary due to some of these reasons.
- The item is out of stock
- Discrepancy in billing information
- Policy breach*
*Parmi does not support Bulk Purchasing or Freight Forwarding. Orders failing to comply with our policy may be cancelled without notification.
In the event your order is cancelled, you will not be charged, and any charges pending charges will be cancelled as well.

When you order on Parmi, you can choose to add a Patch Patch to your order. If you decide not to take it, you can always ask for one later if needed; repairing a torn garment is easy and is much better than throwing it away.
Any modification or alteration including all repairs done without Parmi's customer service authorization will automatically void the warranty.
We try to find repair options whenever possible; however, some products may not be repairable due to age, condition, or the nature of the damage. That being said, every case is different, and we would be happy to review your product and see how we can help.
For repair and replacement services, we ask that you arrange for your product to be shipped to us and we will cover any shipping costs for returning the product to you.
Parmi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and won't replace packages lost during the return transit if proof of delivery is unavailable.
We do our best to review your product as quickly as possible. If your gear can be repaired by us, we will let you know via email, and we’ll include an estimate of the time needed to complete the repairs.

Our sizing is standard, but our products are designed following three different fits, for which the sizing may vary from a fit to another.

Parmi encourages everyone to choose items that fit their needs. Our design team created three signature fits:
Athletic fit
A close-to-body fit (slim-fitting) that has been made to move without restriction.
Standard fit
A standard fit, sitting just off the body for optimal freedom of movement and airflow for time spent on and off your active lifestyle.
Informal fit
A casual and looser fit for a modern and inclusive style flattering to all body shapes and ideal for layering up.
Like any clothes, your Parmi items need special care, especially the Merino items.
You’ll find the washing instructions inside your garment, printed on a silk tag (also available on our website). Follow these instructions to ensure your favourite Parmi gear a long lifespan.
In general, washing your gear in cold or warm water with mild laundry soap (non-toxic, and preferably biodegradable) and line drying it is the best way to clean your Parmi products.

At Parmi Lifewear, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Return/Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of delivery (*except for damaged items. View below).
- Return/Exchange Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions, or that are within the Non-Returnable Products list, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges: Exchanges follow the same rules as returns, and you can initiate them directly through the return portal.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products: The following items are sold without the possibility of return and exchange:
_ Final Sale Products: Products marked as “Final Sale” with a visible tag on the Product Page.
_ All Accessories such as: Socks, headwear & neck warmers, bags, bottles & cups, etc.
If you are unsure whether the product you are returning is no longer considered as new, please contact us at care@parmilifewear.com before proceeding with the return.
Parmi Lifewear is not responsible for damaged or lost packages in the return transit.
All exchanges must follow our Return Policy standards and guidelines.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sale and new releases).
If the error is from Parmi, please email our Customer Service and we will make sure to adjust the situation for you.
If the product received is the one ordered but you would like to exchange it, please refer to our Return Policy.
1- Fill the online form.
2- Carefully pack the items you wish to return.
3- Print your return label and attach it to the package. Make sure to cover any existing shipping labels.
4- Bring your package to the carrier identified on the label (Canada Post is the carrier forCanadian returns).
5- Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.
The personal data you share with Parmi is absolutely confidential. We care about your privacy, so accordingly, we will not disclose or sell the information you have provided. Our promotional emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
